Employment and Labour Law in Bangladesh concerns and regulates the rights and duties between employers and employees along with the privileges of their relationships through various set of statutes. We mainly deal with the issues related to Employment and Labour Law which include advising the multi-national and local employers and employees in various Employment Law aspects including drafting HR Policy; drafting an implementation of all procedures with national and international requirements; giving a sample reflection of what is best could be achieved. We also involve in litigation on employment disputes from the Labour Court to theHon’ble Supreme Court of Bangladesh. Alternatively, we try to resolve the dispute outside of the court through ADR mechanisms.
